Processing & Fulfillment Time

Most items are custom-made to order. Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be designed, created, and prepared for shipment.

Processing times may be longer during holidays, special promotions, or periods of high order volume. If a delay occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping Times

After your order has been completed and shipped, please allow 3–5 business days for standard shipping within the United States.

Please note that shipping times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available for customers in the San Antonio area. Customers selecting local pickup at checkout will receive pickup instructions once their order is ready.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Starr Creations and Designs LLC is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
