ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Return Policy.

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Starr Creations and Designs LLC offers custom apparel, faith-based apparel, personalized products, and other custom-designed items.

Because many products are handmade or made-to-order, slight variations in color, placement, size, and appearance may occur. These variations are not considered defects.

ORDER ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before submitting an order, including:

Product selections
Sizes
Colors
Personalization information
Shipping information

Starr Creations and Designs LLC is not responsible for errors provided by the customer during checkout.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders may require approval of artwork, wording, or design details before production begins.

Once a custom order has entered production, changes, cancellations, or refunds may not be available.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.
Standard website purchases require payment in full at the time of checkout.
For custom orders, bulk orders, business orders, or special projects, Starr Creations and Designs LLC may require a non-refundable deposit before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a 50% deposit is required to secure the order and begin production.
The remaining balance must be paid in full before the order is shipped, delivered, or made available for pickup.
Deposits are non-refundable once design work, material purchases, or production has begun.
Failure to pay the remaining balance within 30 days of order completion may result in cancellation of the order and forfeiture of any deposits or payments previously made.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Processing, fulfillment, and shipping times are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Starr Creations and Designs LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to those terms.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including logos, designs, graphics, photographs, product descriptions, text, and branding, is the property of Starr Creations and Designs LLC unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

USER CONDUCT
