REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Starr Creations and Designs LLC. We take pride in creating high-quality custom products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below before placing an order.
CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ITEMS
Because many of our products are custom-made, personalized, or created specifically for each customer, all sales are generally considered final.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Custom-designed products

Personalized items

Custom apparel with names, dates, logos, or special requests

Orders placed with incorrect information provided by the customer
CUSTOM ORDER DEPOSITS
Custom orders may require a non-refundable deposit before design work or production begins.
Deposits cover design time, materials, labor, and production preparation and are therefore non-refundable once work has started.
If a customer cancels a custom order before production begins, any refund will be determined at the sole discretion of Starr Creations and Designs LLC.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item
Once reviewed, we may offer one of the following remedies:

Replacement of the item

Store credit

Refund, when appropriate
We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.
SIZING ISSUES
Because products are made to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size unless an error was made by Starr Creations and Designs LLC.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not already begun.
Once production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
SHIPPING ISSUES
Starr Creations and Designs LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier. We will gladly assist when possible.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost or arrives damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with the carrier to determine the best resolution.
